The team at local company Stephen Sanderson Transport Ltd is completely bowled over after scooping a top prize at the annual Awards Ceremony held by nationwide palletised distribution specialists Palletline Plc.
The company is one of over 70 organisations across the UK working together to operate the Palletline overnight delivery service for palletised goods, providing vital transport links for consignments ranging from foodstuffs to engineering components.
Stephen Sanderson Transport Ltd has been a shareholder member company of the Palletline network since 2001, and during that time has delivered almost a quarter of a million pallets in and around the Market Harborough area, as well as putting over half a million pallets of goods into the network for delivery by Palletline partners nationwide.
The Palletline Award recognises Stephen Sanderson Transport’s significant achievements during 2009 in terms not only of volumes delivered but also rewarding compliance with network requirements, accuracy and sustained service levels.
