Absolutely! We do this day in, day out at all of our sites, so our teams are all very familiar with going over and above to satisfy our customers’ requirements.
We welcome (pre-booked) warehouse visits. It is really important that our customers see what we do, and when selecting a warehouse partner you will want to see first-hand what you are signing up for.
Obviously, we need to stay Covid-secure, so we would expect a negative test to be provided in advance.
We have close working relationships with specialists in importing goods from overseas. If this is something you need we can put you in touch with our partner who can support you in this area.
Currently, we only offer ambient storage, however, given the right opportunity, we would like to change this. Our team are working to BRC standards, and we have members of the team familiar with chilled and frozen distribution so please raise your request with our Sales team and we will advise whether we are able to support, or point you in the direction of someone who can.
There is no minimum or maximum. If we get forecasts from you in good time for increases our team will look to find the correct solution for your business.

As long as we get notification that a season spike is coming then we will gear up our team to be ready. We have great relationships with local agency suppliers so we are able to flex our labour availability to meet your needs.
Yes. Our warehouse sites handle handball containers regularly, so this is part of our core daily activities.
No. In order to ensure we have flexibility and continuity of service, our admin teams are trained across all customers needs, so that in the event of absence anyone can pick up your query and deal with it as effectively as the others in the team.
Each site has a Senior Administrator who will support with anything more challenging but for the daily norm’s our team will all deliver the service that you expect to receive.
The size and scale of our 80-strong vehicle fleet means that we can help provide control from point of source to point of delivery. Our BRC accreditation supports this comprehensive service and is another example of our commitment to care and quality in everything we do.
