A Morsø stove is a fragile product. It may be made of cast iron and steel, but our multiple designs are of premium value, requiring careful and professional handling to ensure each reaches its destination in peak condition. We need a partner capable of providing a high-quality and reliable delivery service, ensuring our dealers receive the product they need for installation on a specific date. If our product doesn’t arrive, or if it is damaged in any way, the installation cannot take place costing time, money, and most importantly, our reputation. It is vital that we have confidence in our carrier to deliver on our promises, so that our dealers can deliver on theirs.
Before partnering with Sanderson, we explored several companies. But we felt their ‘small company approach’ combined with a prompt, efficient service matched perfectly with our own ideals and values. Sanderson Transport has been our carrier of choice since 2004.

In recent years, Morsø has begun to diversify and expand its product offering with a range of outdoor summer heating and cookware, and this is transported on a ‘home delivery’ service – a proposition that requires a completely different dynamic. Sanderson have worked with us to develop a ‘white glove’ approach to fulfil our orders with clients such as John Lewis, taking care of the service on our behalf and training their staff to understand the mechanics of the product itself. The remit involves contacting customers, organising delivery slots, co-ordinating schedules, and ensuring the product is delivered into place with removal of packaging and ‘ready-to-use’. We’re one of the first suppliers to achieve a ‘no complaints’ rating in our first year with John Lewis, and customers have even commented that drivers have gone above and beyond to give them a brief demonstration and get the product up and running!
